1. How do I download a product?

After purchasing via UPI or Razorpay, you'll be redirected to a thank-you page with a download button.

2. Can I access files without paying?

Only free products are available for instant download. Paid products require successful payment.

3. What is the format of the downloads?

We offer DaVinci Resolve (.drp) and PSD files. These can be opened using DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, or Photopea.

4. My payment was successful, but I didn’t get the file. What should I do?

Please contact us on WhatsApp with your payment ID. We’ll verify and provide the download immediately.

5. How can I use your templates?

Each project is fully customizable. You can edit text, animations, transitions, and layers as per your style.

6. Can I use this files in Mobile?

Yes but having some limitations like mobile can't support .drp files but you can use PSD files in mobile by downloading Photopea in your mobile.

7.Requirements to work on mobile?

minimum requirement to open the files is 4GB RAM, recomended 6GB or more to work smoothly.

8.Requirements to work on PC/Laptop?

minimum requirement to open the files is 8GB RAM, intel i5 or ryzen 5 Processers, recomended 16GB RAM or more to work smoothly, processer i7 or ryzen 7 or more.
